I liked Desired's self-titled release very much, so had to get "Lovestory" as well, its style feels the closest. Desired must be a fan of the 80ies "Cat's Eye" anime, as tracks 1 and 8 are from its soundtrack.

This album makes you feel like you're inside an old computer that is on it's last legs. Everything is glitchy, aggressive, and decaying around you. There are only a few moments where it feels something is still functioning and intact, only to be followed by more sounds of disrepair. Truly a special experience.

This sounds great. Good Vaporwave. I’m a little exhausted by all the new genre names people keep inventing. What’s next? Crust Bump, cocainewave? Turkey Sandwich Hop ice burnwave desert tundra goth pop boom trap box slip? 😂 please just make it stop. Good album though.
